it gets this rank due to easily fixable changes...
1. add discipline points to a day (or take the feature out)
2. you should be able to destroy a building for cash and a few days
3. make a save and or restart option

Its simple to beat... all you need to do is spam infantry and then up-grade them (you need to be conscientious of how much you pay for the up-grades) when you get to lv.20 just spam dragons... (agrees with gubthebub)
